The Shivarajkumar starrer movie was a blockbuster as it ran for a good 200 days . With a tight script and acting by a strong cast of Shiva-Rajkumar, Bhavana , Manvitha . The story of a police and underworld is not a new theme even in Sandalwood but what set it apart was the fact that story was very well written and script had no such loophole that left audience disappointing.

2.3 Aa Karaala Ratri :-

Kannada film Industry is going through a good phrase were non masala movies are getting a go ahead and are appreciated by audience and writers and directors are taking the courage to write and direct such kinds of film.
A total suspense , thriller movie which shows the struggles of a small family and a lucky man who tries to help them.
The Director Dayal Padmanabhan approach to the story is fantastic.The script is good and acting of Rangayana Raghu,Jayaram Karthi and Veena Sunder leaves a good impression.
The climax is the icing on the cake for the movie as you have to watch the movie to understand climax.
4 Nathicharmi:-

A movie for those who are ready to see a intense socio- drama movie that deals with gender sensitivity with a different twist. This movie has a A certificate.
The story is about a widow who is getting over her husband’s death and realises that she has her physical needs that needs to be fulfilled and there is a man who is unhappy with his married life and ends up befriending the widow. How the rest of the stories unfolds is for the audience to watch.
It is a movies that will disappoint you if you want a masala movie with lots of action but if you want a movie with good dialogues, good script and good acting then go and watch this movie. .
5. KGF Movie:-

The movie turned out to be the highest money maker of all time in karnataka film Industry. Such as been it’s impact that actor yash has gained a super-stardom in north and in northern belts.
In my hometown this movie was talk of the town for a long time when it was released in it’s hindi dubbed version. Even actor yash was taken aback by the kind of response this movie garnered in non-kannada belts.
The movie deals with Gold Fields and illegal mining and power game and politics involved in it. It is set in 80s and it shows how a a small town boy with guts, eagerness for power can make big in the dirty market of mining.
The film has a good layer of suspense and is fast paced and it’s climax justify’s it’s tag and it leaves the people for more and expectations are really high for KGF chapter 2
The cinematography is top notch and is no-nonsense action movie and has become a cult classic .
The director Prashanth Neel should be credited to direct such a movie and a strong cast of yash, achyth kumar, Anath Nag along with Srinivas Murthy and Malvika Avinash makes this movie special.
6 Churikatte:-

The crime drama are a rarity in kannada film industry. When such movies comes there is over the top dialogues, larger than life heroes and larger than life villiains but this movie is a different.
The movie is not your regular cop and thief game but puts each side in doubt and reveals grey shade of each side. Each character is well written and each actor performs well .
Special mention to the director Raghu Shivamogga for coming up with such a good movie.
7 The Villain:-

The Shivarajkumar and Kiccha Sudeep starer movie is a out a out a commercial movie with lots of action, comedy and drama.
The director Prem created a lot of buzz when he announced he was able to role in shivana and Kiccha sudeep together and that created a lot of buzz where shivana character is a heart warming, Kiccha sudeep character is a ambitious one.
The movie is a good movie to watch a easy going movie with not a lot of complexity involved in .

ಅಮೃತ ಘಳಿಗೆ ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಅಶೋಕ್ ಕಡಬ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ

ಸ್ಯಾಂಡಲ್ ವುಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಚಿತ್ರ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಕಾಣುವುದು ಬಲು ಅಪರೂಪವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಹುತೇಕ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಬಂದ ಮೊದಲ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ.

AMRUTHA GHALIGE MOVIE GRAND 50 DAYS RUNNING SUCCESSFULLY

2 friends the best of buddies …..Kelabailu Ramakrishniah and Seetharamaiah Bhatt do everything together… going to school…dreaming of wealth, prosperity and being for each other in all sad and happy moments. Life goes on … they work for livelihood, find suitable alliances and marry and are like 2 happy families leading peaceful village life….

Kelabailu Ramakrishniah and his wife and Seetharamaiah and his wife are like the 2 best families… which every villager envy’s….and to extend their bond , Kelabailu Ramakrishniah decides to get his son Abhishek Athreya married to Seetharamaiah’s daughter Dakshayan even when they are too small to understand the meaning of marriage.

The village livelihood does not fulfill the dreams of bug house, lavish life of Kelabailu Ramakrishniah and he decides to move to city after few years to chase the eternal dream. Seetharamaiah is content with his life in village and life goes on… but the promise of getting their kids married stays.

Meanwhile Abhishek falls in love with an Orphan girl named Amrutha and promises to give her the family life which she always longed for and they eventually marry much against the wishes of his father Kelabailu Ramakrishniah who cannot accept that fact that his son has gone against his wishes and he cannot fulfill the promise of getting his son married to his best friends daughter….he decides to part with his son and is not in talking terms with both his son and daughter in law.

Kelabailu Ramakrishniah cannot withstand this agony and his health deteriorates and he dies. Abhishek is shattered with his father’s death and to add to his agony, Amrutha is detected with brain tumor and she too dies….. Meanwhile Seetharamaiah’s gets his daughter Dakshyani married to Lambodara from a neighboring village the typical male chauvinist. Dakshyani does not have a blissful marriage and is tortoured by her mother in law and husband for not conceiving even after 3 years of marriage. So finally Lambodara sends Dakshyani to her father’s place and marries other woman.

Abhishek who is distraught with fathers and wife death …comes for some peace to his native village and stays for some days with Seetharamaiah. Seeing the Abhisheks attitude and his daughter condition, Seetharamaiah asks Abhishek to marry his daughter, thus giving peace to Abhisheks father’s soul and also to resettle both of them.

Eventually they marry and have a girl child and are happy……while Lambodara turns out to be impotent the cause for his second wife to leave him.

Lambodara realizes that Dakshyani was good and he starts loving her and returns back to Daskhyani…… where the twist and turn starts…….
